Angelica-Cucumber Sauce


  • 1 large peeled cucumber
  • seeds removed & diced
  • 1-cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Angelica
  • ½ tsp garlic puree
  • ¼ tsp dill


Combine all ingredients thoroughly in food processor and refrigerate until serving.
