- 1 lb Wild salmon filet
- Virgin olive oil
- 1/4 Tsp Blackening spice
- Wild honey
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1/4 Tsp Rosemary
- 1/4 Tsp Basil
- 1/4 Tsp Parsley
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- Rinse and pat dry salmon filet, place in baking dish. Rub filet with a light coating of virgin olive oil.
- Next apply blackening spice, honey, garlic, and herbs.
- Apply light coating of parmesan cheese and light coating of bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite wine and salad.
