Blue Cheese Sauce with Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets

Ingredients

  • Six 6 oz. Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup Maytag blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bake salmon fillets at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat until blended and slightly thickened.
  4. Pour over salmon filets and broil 6-8 minutes or until slightly browned.
