- Six 6 oz. Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup Maytag blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 tsp lemon juice (fresh)
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Bake salmon fillets at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Heat until blended and slightly thickened.
- Pour over salmon filets and broil 6-8 minutes or until slightly browned.
