Grilled Pineapple Salsa


  • Pineapple
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Kiwi Fruit
  • Cilantro
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Wine Vinegar


  1. Take fresh pineapple & cut into rings for the grill (canned are ok too!) 
  2. Grill until the sugars start to caramelize, then allow to cool.
  3. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  4. In a large bowl mix with diced red bell peppers, chopped cilantro, chopped kiwi fruit and red pepper flakes (to taste).
  5. Toss with olive oil or red wine vinegar as desired, and enjoy!

Serves 4-8.
