Marinated Grilled Salmon Fillets


  • Per 4-6 oz portion, use:
  • 3 TBS of Soy Sauce
  • 3 TBS of Dry Vermouth
  • 2 TBS of Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 TBS of Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp of Cayenne Pepper

** Marinade can be doubled for larger amounts of fish**


  1. Mix ingredients in zip lock bag and marinate salmon fillets for 1-3 hrs (in a refrigerator or cool area if using immediately)
  2. Grill and baste with marinade - brown sugar will caramelize, and form a nice, crunchy crust.
  3. Serve hot or chill and serve cold as an appetizer

Works with all Salmon - also works great with shrimp, just marinate longer
