Mussels Steamed in Chardonnay Broth

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth or Bottled Clam Juice
  • 3/4 cup Chardonnay
  • 1/3 cup diced Roma Tomato
  • 1/3 cup sliced Green Onion
  • 1/8 cup chopped Fresh Garlic (less is ok)
  • 1/3 cup chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions

Mix all together & use - Chardonnay broth will be enough to steam 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 pounds mussels and/or clams.

Serves 4.
