Norwegian Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 3 tbsp butter 1 lb Smoked salmon, diced
  • Parsley
  • 1 slice of Norwegian cheese
  • 8 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Put one tbsp butter in skillet, and brown potatoes.
  2. Add 2 tbsp butter, eggs, salmon, and milk. Stir and scramble.
  3. Remove to plates. Garnish with parsley and small pieces of one slice of Norwegian cheese.

Serves 2-4
