- 4 eggs
- 2 Potatoes diced
- 3 tbsp butter 1 lb Smoked salmon, diced
- 1 slice of Norwegian cheese
- 8 tbsp milk
- Put one tbsp butter in skillet, and brown potatoes.
- Add 2 tbsp butter, eggs, salmon, and milk. Stir and scramble.
- Remove to plates. Garnish with parsley and small pieces of one slice of Norwegian cheese.
