- 4 Bake at Home Jumbo Croissants
- 4 ounces Smoked Salmon Spread
- 8 ounces Nova style smoked wild Sockeye salmon
- 1/2 head curly lettuce
- Using a serrated knife, carefully slice croissants in half.
- Spread smoked salmon cream cheese over bottom half of croissant.
- Top with a few leaves of curly lettuce
- Place rolled slices of Nova style smoked wild salmon over lettuce and top with croissant.
Serve with breakfast sausages and fresh fruit.
