Salmon Dinner Fillets with Wasabi Teriyaki Sauce


  • Four 6 oz. SeaBear Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets

Wasabi Teriyaki Sauce:

  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce (regular or wheat free tamari)
  • 2 T brown rice syrup
  • 1 T ginger juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp prepared wasabi (more or less to taste – we like it zippy)


  1. Mix together all ingredients (other than the salmon) and use for either a cooking sauce or marinade and grill/broil.

Serves 4.
