- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 package feta cheese
- 16 oz. SeaBear Smoked Sockeye Salmon
- roasted bell peppers or zucchini cut into strips
- Hollow out part of the top of the French bread that you've cut in half.
- Generously layer the bottom with feta cheese then smoked salmon, add the roasted peppers then lettuce, tomatoes & sprouts.
