Smokey Salmon Big Bites


  • 8 extra large English Muffins- Split in half and toasted
  • 8 ounces of Brie (creamed) Alouette
  • 1 15 oz. can green giant corn -drained
  • 1 pound of SeaBear Smoked Salmon


  1. Spread brie evenly over toasted muffins, do the same with the corn. Slice Salmon into 16 1-oz pieces - place on top of each muffin.
  2. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Gives 8 folks a substantial snack (They'll want 2 each).
