Tandoori Salmon Dinner Fillets with Thyme

Ingredients

  • 5 Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets
  • 1 C yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. ginger powder
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. red chili peppers (use less for mild flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 C fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Drain marinade, then grill, broil, or roast until done about 20 minutes.
