- Salt-cured Sicilian capers (or capers in brine)
- Wild Salmon (Nova Style Smoked, or Cooked non-smoked)
- Plain (low fat) Greek Yogurt
- Melba Toast rounds
- Rinse the capers thoroughly, if salt cured.
- Top Melba toast rounds with a dollop of Greek yogurt, Wild Salmon, and a few capers.
