Wild Salmon & Capers


  • Salt-cured Sicilian capers (or capers in brine)
  • Wild Salmon (Nova Style Smoked, or Cooked non-smoked)
  • Plain (low fat) Greek Yogurt
  • Melba Toast rounds


  1. Rinse the capers thoroughly, if salt cured.
  2. Top Melba toast rounds with a dollop of Greek yogurt, Wild Salmon, and a few capers.

Serves 12
