Wild Salmon Fillets with Italian Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • Six 6 oz. SeaBear Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets
  • 4 large tomatoes chopped chunky
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tsp salt (optional)
  • 3 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Mix tomatoes, garlic, oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. Serve atop the grilled (baked, or broiled) salmon.

So delicious!
