Storing Place all items in the freezer upon arrival. Crust and seafood will keep in the freezer for approximately 3-4 months.

 

Thawing The best way to thaw your pizza kit is to leave it in the refrigerator, allowing at least 2-3 hours. Thawing overnight in the refrigerator is best.

 

Cooking Pizza 1: Serve Cold – Bake Crust according to directions on package, spread Red King Crab Dip on the crust, then top with Smoked Scallops (cut in half or quarters), and flake Smoked Salmon Lox on top. Suggested Toppings: serve with red onion, microgreens, avocados and/or capers Pizza 2: Serve Warm - Bake Crust according to directions on package. Spread Halibut Mousse on the crust and layer with mozzarella cheese (not included) and bake 2 more minutes to warm mousse and melt cheese. Then add Scallops (cut in half or quarters) and flake Smoked Salmon Lox on top. Suggested Toppings: serve with red onion, microgreens, mozzarella cheese, avocados and/or capers.
