Cajun Crab Stuffed Cheesy Bread
We all have those go-to appetizers that are simple to make and always the first thing to disappear from the table. One of our favorites is this cheesy Cajun Crab Bread made with rich SeaBear Dungeness Crab Clusters.
This recipe is the perfect addition to your appetizer collection with simple ingredients, easy preparation, and flavorful seafood in every bite. Whether you’re hosting friends, watching the game, or looking for something comforting to share with family, this crab bread is perfect for any occasion.

INGREDIENTS
Crab Stuffing

8oz Cream Cheese

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Garlic Cloves
-
1–2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (or to taste)

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Salt and Pepper
Bread

1 Italian Loaf
-
1/4 cup Butter
-
2 Garlic Cloves
-
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Fresh Parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the Crab Meat
Twist off each crab leg at the joint, then bend the shell segments backward to crack them open. Gently pull the cartilage to help slide the meat out in one piece. For larger claws, use a seafood cracker and a pick to carefully remove all of the meat. Set aside for the filling.
2. Make the Crab Filling
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar, Parmesan, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, and lemon juice. Gently fold in the prepared Dungeness crab meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Prepare the Bread
Slice the Italian loaf in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan. Brush over both halves of the bread.
4. Assemble
Spread the crab mixture evenly over the bread halves. Top with a little extra shredded cheese if desired.
5. Bake
Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, until hot and golden.
6. Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
