Cajun Crab Stuffed Cheesy Bread

Crab Stuffing
- SeaBear Dungeness Crab Meat
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
- 1 cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1-2 tbsp of Cajun Seasoning (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper

Bread
- 1 Italian Loaf
- 1/4 cup of Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Parsley
Instructions
1. Make the Crab Filling
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar, Parmesan, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, and lemon juice. Gently fold in SeaBear Dungeness Crab Meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Prepare the Bread
Slice the Italian loaf in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan. Brush over both halves of the bread.
3. Assemble
Spread the crab mixture evenly over the bread halves. Top with a little extra shredded cheese if desired.
4. Bake
Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, until hot and golden.
5. Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
