Shipping FAQs

• Which shipping carriers do you use? +

  We primarily use UPS and the postal service. If you need specific carrier arrangements please email us at Smokehouse@seabear.com or call (800) 645-3474.

• Do you ship internationally? +

  We do ship non-perishable products to limited numbers of countries. Please call our Smokehouse Store at +1 (360) 230-1082 and we would be happy to help you with your international shipping needs.

• Can I receive my order on a Saturday or Sunday? +

  On occasion our carriers may deliver your order on a weekend. However, we cannot ship specially for weekend delivery.

• I need an order to arrive on a certain day +

  Please contact customer service at (800) 645-3474 or email us at Smokehouse@seabear.com. We can make recommendations on how to get that item delivered on or near that date.

• How do I handle the dry ice that was in my shipment? +

  Always handle dry ice with care and wear protective cloth or leather gloves whenever touching it. An oven mitt or towel will also work. If touched briefly it is harmless, but prolonged contact with the skin will freeze cells and cause injury similar to a burn. Unwrap and leave it at room temperature in a well-ventilated area. It will sublimate from a solid to a gas.

• How can I change my order after it is placed? +

  Please contact us within 1 hour at Smokehouse@seabear.com or (800) 645-3474. No changes can be made after the 1 hour limit.

• How will my perishable order be packaged? +

  We have multiple distribution centers for our all-perishable orders. Depending on which location your package will be shipping from, the package materials may be different. Perishable orders may arrive in a cardboard box with insulated siding or in a cardboard box with an insulated silver bag that will contain the perishable items.
