Smoked Salmon Caprese Sandwich
Ingredients
- SeaBear Wild Smoked Salmon
- Sourdough Bread
- Pesto
- Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
- Basil leaves
- Shredded Mozzarella
Instructions
- Butter one of the sides on both slices of sourdough bread.
- Flip over buttered bread and spread your pesto on other side.
- Chop your sun dried tomatoes and place over pesto.
- Open your SeaBear smoked salmon and place over the sun-dried tomatoes and pesto.
- Place basil leaves over the smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle however much shredded mozzarella is wanted.
- Place other slice of bread on top and cook on a pan on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
