Smoked Salmon Caprese Sandwich


 

Ingredients 

 

  • SeaBear Wild Smoked Salmon
  • Sourdough Bread
  • Pesto 
  • Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes 
  • Basil leaves 
  • Shredded Mozzarella 

 

Instructions 

 

  1. Butter one of the sides on both slices of sourdough bread. 
  2. Flip over buttered bread and spread your pesto on other side. 
  3. Chop your sun dried tomatoes and place over pesto.
  4. Open your SeaBear smoked salmon and place over the sun-dried tomatoes and pesto.
  5. Place basil leaves over the smoked salmon. 
  6. Sprinkle however much shredded mozzarella is wanted.  
  7. Place other slice of bread on top and cook on a pan on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
