Smoked Salmon Potato Chip Bites

 

Ingredients

     

    • 6 ounces of SeaBear Smoked Salmon cut into small pieces from our Smoked Salmon Trio
    • 24 kettle-style potato chips
    • 4 ounces crème fraîche
    • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
    • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 3 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
    • Olive oil, for drizzling
    • Seafood salt blend (such as Friday Harbor Seafood Blend) 

     

    Instructions

     

     

    1. In a small bowl, stir together the crème fraîche, lemon juice, and kosher salt until smooth.
    2. Arrange the potato chips in a single layer on a serving platter. Add a small dollop of the crème fraîche mixture onto each chip.
    3. Top each chip with a piece of SeaBear Smoked Salmon.
    4. Sprinkle chopped chives evenly over the platter. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and finish with a pinch of seafood salt. 
    5. Serve immediately.
