Smoked Salmon Potato Chip Bites
Ingredients
- 6 ounces of SeaBear Smoked Salmon cut into small pieces from our Smoked Salmon Trio
- 24 kettle-style potato chips
- 4 ounces crème fraîche
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Seafood salt blend (such as Friday Harbor Seafood Blend)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the crème fraîche, lemon juice, and kosher salt until smooth.
- Arrange the potato chips in a single layer on a serving platter. Add a small dollop of the crème fraîche mixture onto each chip.
- Top each chip with a piece of SeaBear Smoked Salmon.
- Sprinkle chopped chives evenly over the platter. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and finish with a pinch of seafood salt.
- Serve immediately.
