Wild Salmon Meat and Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb pouch of Wild Salmon Meat
- 1 cup chopped Asparagus (blanched)
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese
- 2 cups bow-tie pasta
- 2 cups salad greens
- Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
- Cook Wild Salmon Meat over medium heat until the color turns a light pink (3-5 minutes).
- Toss salmon with asparagus, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
- Lay on a bed of bow-tie pasta and salad greens.
- Crumble Feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
