Wild Salmon Meat and Pasta Salad


  • 1lb pouch of Wild Salmon Meat
  • 1 cup chopped Asparagus (blanched)
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese
  • 2 cups bow-tie pasta
  • 2 cups salad greens
  • Cook Wild Salmon Meat over medium heat until the color turns a light pink (3-5 minutes).
  • Toss salmon with asparagus, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Lay on a bed of bow-tie pasta and salad greens.
  • Crumble Feta cheese on top.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 4.
