We work with one of the leading partners in the crabbing industry to source some of the best crab from the depths of Alaska's waters and beyond. Bairdi is the largest variety of Snow Crab, known best for having a naturally sweet flavor and soft texture. Each piece of Bairdi is packed with protein, and low in fat content. Each crab was immediately brought to shore to be cleaned, cooked and flash-frozen to lock in flavor. Once shipped from our facility, it arrives to your doorstep on dry ice. Our cases of crab can serve 10+ people.
