This was the original creation that sparked the Gerard & Dominique brand, and now it lives on to be a massively popular item. Our European Style Lox are made from sustainably farmed Atlantic Salmon and feature a smooth and silky texture. Each set is thinly sliced and hand-crafted.

All of our Atlantic Salmon comes from ethical and sustainable farms. Atlantic Salmon is known for its orang forward coloring, and its rich and buttery flavor. The salmon species is high in oil content, making it very soft and smooth.

Smoked Salmon Lox are pretty easy to store, prepare and enjoy. Here are our recommendations for the perfect Smoked Salmon Lox: 

Smoked Salmon Lox can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. Once thawed, but unopened, keep refrigerated for up to 30 days. Once you’ve opened, enjoy it within 2-3 days. Each pouch features a chart on the back for use of marking when you have thawed and opened your Smoked Salmon Lox.

This particular method of salmon preparation requires no cooking. Simply thaw for 8-10 hours and serve.
