Wild Keta salmon is hand filleted into portions perfect for a bun, then we add just a hint of alder wood smoke. You simply grill and baste in our tangy Smokehouse Grilling Sauce. We also suggest adding grilled onions (like Walla Walla Sweets) and using a soft sourdough roll, like we do, to create the official "Puget Soundwich".
