Our Hot Smoked Salmon is a unique and delicious way to enjoy a variety of salmon flavors. But, preparing in the proper way is key to the most enjoyable experience:

Make sure to keep frozen until use. When you are ready to prepare, pull from the freezer and thaw under refrigeration at 38°F or below.

Stays fresh for up to six months while frozen, up to 21 days while refrigerated unopened, and up to 4 days while refrigerated and opened.

Shipping excellant/Product a little too dry.

"I ordered the Bourbon/Brown sugar fillets. Pictures make things look bigger(thicker), but a 4-ounce fillet is pretty thin, and I think this causes the meat to be pretty dry. Thicker fillets that I have smoked or bought tend to be a little more moist. This is too dry for my taste."
