Our Garlic Lover's Smoked Salmon fillets are prepared with layers of garlic elements to give it a bold and savory flavor. We start with 100% wild-caught salmon from the waters of Alaska, from their are expert team and trims the fish and brines each fillet with aromatic garlic. Before the wild salmon is hit with our signature smoke blend and cooking, it is brushed with garlic olive oil and topped with minced garlic and cracked black pepper. The fillets are flash-frozen to preserve the authentic flavor of the Pacific Northwest.

Our Pacific Northwest Smoked Salmon is a unique and delicious way to enjoy a variety of salmon flavors. But, preparing in the proper way is key to the most enjoyable experience:

Make sure to keep frozen until use. When you are ready to prepare, pull from the freezer and thaw under refrigeration at 38°F or below. 

Stays fresh for up to six months while frozen, up to 21 days while refrigerated unopened, and up to five days while refrigerated and opened.
