Storing: Place all in freezer upon arrival. Pasta and crab will keep in freezer for approximately 3-4 months.

Thawing: The best way to thaw your Dungeness Crab Alfredo Dinner is to leave it in the refrigerator, allowing at least 2-3 hours. Thawing overnight in the refrigerator is best. Trying to rush the process by thawing at room temperature or placing the frozen pasta in warm water is definitely NOT recommended. DO NOT BOIL THE PASTA FROM FROZEN.

Cooking: After thawing, simply boil pasta for 2-3 minutes until “al dente” for the best taste and presentation. Simmer Alfredo sauce until heated through. Open pouch of crab and crumble into sauce until heated.

Here at the Smokehouse we love pasta, and we LOVE our prized Pacific Northwest Dungeness Crab! This meal for 4 combines these into a truly special, restaurant-quality dining experience at home. The sweet, tender Dungeness crabmeat beautifully complements the rich, creamy Alfredo sauce. Shave some fresh parmesan cheese on top, if you like, and we recommend serving with a fresh garden salad, and a bottle of wine (light, fresh reds or fruit-filled whites like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio).

Once thawed, this divine, rich meal takes less than 20 minutes to heat, for a fine Italian restaurant-quality meal.

Each order includes 20 oz of pasta, 12 oz of sauce, and 8 oz of Dungeness Crab, and serves 4.
