PREPARATION

Here’s how to make the authentic SeaBear Crab Roll:

1. Split the rustic organic potato rolls and spread the inside with some of the enclosed butter.

2. Toast the buttered sides of the rolls in a pan until golden brown.

3. Add a heaping of the Dungeness Crab Spread on the roll. If you’d like, put lettuce and/or tomato on the bottom half of the roll.

4. Salt and pepper to taste.
