Ready in just a few minutes, these ravioli make an easy weeknight meal or a special dinner with minimal effort. Keep the preparation simple with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and freshly shaved Parmesan or Romano cheese, or pair with your favorite sauce for a more indulgent meal.

Our Smoked Salmon Ravioli brings together the flavors of SeaBear Smokehouse and classic Italian pasta. The combination of smoked salmon, creamy cheeses, and delicate semolina pasta makes for a comforting dish that feels a little more special than your everyday pasta dinner.

Keep a package in the freezer for an easy meal when you're craving something warm, flavorful, and satisfying.

Place in the freezer upon arrival. Ravioli will keep frozen for approximately 3–4 months. When ready to prepare, thaw in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours or longer. Do not thaw at room temperature, in warm water, or cook directly from frozen.

Once thawed, boil for 2–3 minutes until al dente. For a simple finish, toss with extra virgin olive oil and top with freshly shaved Parmesan or Romano cheese. Thawed ravioli should be refrigerated and enjoyed within 6–8 days.
