Walla Walla is a sprawling county in the southeastern corner of Washington. Known for it's rich growing soil, one of the signature crops to come from the area is the Walla Walla Sweet Onion - the primary component in this sweet and tangy mustard blend. The onion's sweetness brings the combined spices to life, creating a unique flavor profile that pairs well with smoked salmon from across our smokehouse collections.
