Each pack of our Bourbon & Brown Sugar Smoked Salmon pairs sweet flavors with a signature smoke comprised of Pacific Northwest woods, and 100% wild-caught salmon from Alaska. We use Elk Rider bourbon from our local partners at Heritage Distilling Company, based only three hours south of the Smokehouse. With that we add in rich brown sugar, creating a blend that brings out the natural flavors of the wild salmon. Every portion is prepared step-by-step by our team, and captures the authentic, artisanal flavor of the Smokehouse.

Pacific Northwest smoked wild salmon has long been SeaBear’s signature, and we are thrilled to keep expanding into additional delicious, flavorful varieties – each in small batches, and quick-frozen to lock in all the authentic smokehouse flavor.

Our Pacific Northwest Smoked Salmon is a unique and delicious way to enjoy a variety of salmon flavors. But, preparing in the proper way is key to the most enjoyable experience:

Make sure to keep frozen until use. When you are ready to prepare, pull from the freezer and thaw under refrigeration at 38°F or below. 

Stays fresh for up to six months while frozen, up to 21 days while refrigerated unopened, and up to 4 days while refrigerated and opened.
