Jumbo Bake-At-Home Croissants
For storing, place your croissants in the freezer upon arrival. They can be stored in the freezer for up to four months. They must be stored at or below 0°F.
Preparation Note: These croissants require overnight rest, so make sure to get a headstart on preparing them.
Start by placing the four croissants on a non-greased baking sheet approximately 4â apart from each other. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and allow to rise overnight in the refrigerator. You will want to use the same sheet to thaw and rise as you plan to bake on - they risk deflation if transferred. Once they have risen overnight, place in an oven preheated to 375°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Smoked Salmon Lox
For our Smoked Salmon Lox - store in the freezer for up to six months. Once thawed, keep refrigerated for up to 30 days while unopened. After opening, enjoy within 2-3 days. No need to prepare, simply thaw between 8-10 hours and enjoy.
