Each container of schmear should be frozen upon arrival. While kept unopened in the freezer, your schmear will last for six months. Upon thawing, while stored in the refrigerator it will last for 14 days. Once opened, enjoy it within 2-3 days. Your schmear requires no cooking, simply thaw for 8-10 hours and serve.
