Our Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon Lox is based off of the traditional european methods utilized by chefs Gerard & Dominique. Lox get their delicious flavor and silky texture from the cold smoking process they undergo. Each fillet is hand sliced, cured, smoked uncooked and then flash frozen to lock in the flavors and freshness. Each set is thinly sliced and hand-crafted.

Smoked Salmon Lox can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. Once thawed, but unopened, keep refrigerated for up to 30 days. Once you’ve opened, enjoy it within 2-3 days. Each pouch features a chart on the back for use of marking when you have thawed and opened your Smoked Salmon Lox.

This particular method of salmon preparation requires no cooking. Simply thaw for 8-10 hours and serve.
