Smoked Salmon Avocado Chips


  • Avocados

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Cracked Black Pepper

  • Tortilla Chips

  • SeaBear Smoked Salmon

  • Balsamic Glaze


  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl.
  2. Add a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and cracked black pepper to taste.  Mix.
  3. Spoon a dollop of the avocado on to each tortilla chip.
  4. Top each chip with several flakes of SeaBear smoked salmon.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve.
