Tortilla Chips

SeaBear Smoked Salmon

Balsamic Glaze
Directions
- Mash the avocado in a bowl.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and cracked black pepper to taste. Mix.
- Spoon a dollop of the avocado on to each tortilla chip.
- Top each chip with several flakes of SeaBear smoked salmon.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve.
