We combine the best catches of Coho Salmon with our signature glaze, using flavors and spices rooted to the history of the Pacific Northwest. About Our Hot Smoked Salmon

Hot smoked wild salmon has long been SeaBear’s signature, and we are thrilled to keep expanding into additional delicious, flavorful varieties – each in small batches, and quick-frozen to lock in all the authentic smokehouse flavor.

Make sure to keep frozen until use. When you are ready to prepare, pull from the freezer and thaw under refrigeration at 38°F or below.

Stays fresh for up to six months while frozen, up to 21 days while refrigerated unopened, and up to 4 days while refrigerated and opened.
