Baking Instructions 

Preheat your oven to 425F. 

Remove bread from package and place directly on center oven rack. 

Bake for 12-15 minutes. 

Remove from the oven and serve warm. 

 

Grilling Instructions 

Preheat your grill to medium-high. 

Remove bread from package and wrap with foil, keeping the top of the loaf exposed for ventilation. 

Place on upper rack. 

Grill for 8-10 minutes. 

Remove from grill and serve warm.

  • Sourdough: this sourdough bread is made the tradition way, using a natural starter (mother dough) or “Mamacita” as they lovingly call it and only four organic/non-GMO ingredients; Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Organic Malt. That’s right, we use a all-natural wild yeast starter and our bread is naturally fat free and sugar free! Unlike other imitation sourdough bread, our true sourdough ferments very slowly for over 12 hours at a cool temperature which creates a more complex, distinguished taste.

    French: a crisp, crunchy crust and slightly chewy center make this bread as traditional as the breads served in France

    Rosemary: This specialty loaf boasts a slightly chewy crumb and features fresh hand-picked rosemary and sea salt. Pairs well with olive oil and vinegar and makes for a killer grilled cheese sandwich.
