Wild Alaskan Crab Salad Sandwich

Whether you're serving it for lunch, a casual gathering, or a quick summer meal, this crab salad sandwich is sure to become a favorite. Packed with sweet, tender Alaskan crab meat and tossed in a light, flavorful dressing, this recipe showcases the rich, delicate flavor of the crab while adding just the right amount of freshness and crunch.

INGREDIENTS 

 

  • 1 lb Alaska Crab Meat (Pick your preferred crab meat - Our favorite is Alaskan Golden King Crab or Alaskan Dungeness Crab)
  • 1/2 cup Diced Celery
  • 1/4 cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Your Bread of Choice
  • Lettuce (Optional)
  • Sliced Tomatoes (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diced celery, red onion, and chopped parsley.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add your preferred Alaskan Crab Meat to the vegetable mixture. Pour the dressing over the crab and vegetables. Gently fold everything together until the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Toast the bread, if desired.
  5. Place a lettuce leaf on a slice of bread. Spoon the Crab salad onto the lettuce leaf. Add a few slices of tomato, if desired. Top with another slice of bread.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
