Alaska Crab Salad Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 pound Alaska Crab Meat (Dungeness, Snow, King Crab—whatever is your favorite!)
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread of your choice
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Sliced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diced celery, red onion, and chopped parsley.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Alaska Crab meat to the vegetable mixture. Pour the dressing over the crab and vegetables. Gently fold everything together until the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Toast the bread, if desired.
- Place a lettuce leaf on a slice of bread. Spoon the Crab salad onto the lettuce leaf. Add a few slices of tomato, if desired. Top with another slice of bread.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
