Alaska Crab Salad Sandwich


  • 1 pound Alaska Crab Meat (Dungeness, Snow, King Crab—whatever is your favorite!)
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread of your choice
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)
  • Sliced tomatoes (optional)


  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diced celery, red onion, and chopped parsley.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the Alaska Crab meat to the vegetable mixture. Pour the dressing over the crab and vegetables. Gently fold everything together until the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Toast the bread, if desired.
  5. Place a lettuce leaf on a slice of bread. Spoon the Crab salad onto the lettuce leaf. Add a few slices of tomato, if desired. Top with another slice of bread.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
