Ingredients
- 3 oz SeaBear Smoked Salmon
- 1 cup brown rice or quinoa
- Vinaigrette-style salad dressing
Vegetable Toppings:
- Shredded carrots
- Chopped cucumbers
- Halved tomatoes
- Chopped onions
- Sliced avocado
- Steamed carrots
Instructions
- Cook brown rice or quinoa.
- Top with desired vegetables and smoked salmon
- Toss with salad dressing.
