Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of SeaBear Company and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on 7/27/26 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on 8/3/2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

1. Email Signup

Subscribe to SeaBear's marketing email list during the Sweepstakes Period at seabear.com.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

2. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without subscribing to marketing emails, mail a postcard with your:

Full name
Mailing address
Email address
Phone number

The postcard must be received by 8/3/2026.

Limit one entry per person.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One $250 SeaBear Gift Card

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $250.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Winner Selection

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Drawing will occur on or about 8/4/2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.

If the winner:

cannot be contacted,
fails to respond within seven (7) days,
is found ineligible,

SeaBear may select an alternate winner.

Taxes

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

If required by law, SeaBear may issue applicable tax forms.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for SeaBear to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Email Marketing

Entering via email signup enrolls you in SeaBear's marketing email program.

You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing after entering will not affect the validity of your Sweepstakes entry.

Privacy

Information collected is subject to SeaBear's Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

SeaBear reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

SeaBear reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SeaBear Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

Disputes

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
