Later that same day finally our shipment came. Later that day we received an actual phone call from your sales rep notifying us out of caution ( thawed product ) we should not eat ( perishable ) and would reship another order # 265311 the week of 12/1. We agreed. We are both in our 70's,were so grateful for the honesty. . . and say your customer service is at its best maintaining your company's reputation as first rate. Outstanding.
