Smoked Salmon: The SeaBear smoked salmon is fully cooked and shelf-stable in its unopened Gold Seal Pouch, so no refrigeration is needed until opened. Once opened, refrigerate any leftovers in sealed packaging and enjoy within 4 days.

Smoked Salmon Chowder: Empty the pouch into a saucepan and stir in 1½ cups of milk or half-and-half. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring frequently, until warmed to your desired temperature. Let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
