Storing and Thawing

Buns best in fridge unbaked for three days. Store in Freezer immediately, great in freezer for 2 months. Put in fridge night before you want to bake to defrost. Bake in a lightly greased pan of your choice, we recommend one with sides. Cut off end of plastic bags to easily frost and pour cream

 

Baking Instructions: 

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees. Pull Buns from fridge and place in lightly greased pan with edges. Place Buns in a warm space (on top of oven works well) covered for 1 hour to rise again. Warm cream in microwave for 5 seconds or place on top of oven while buns are rising to warm up. Pour warm cream in center of your buns. Remove all covers and place buns in oven to bake for 25-35 min or until nicely golden brown. Remove from oven let cool slightly and then frost with Cream Cheese Frosting. Enjoy!

Veronica is the owner/baker of Antler Baking Co. She is a one woman show baking up amazing treats every week for the Bellingham Farmer's Market. Antler specializes in local, seasonal, boozy treats that truly make your taste buds sing! Everything is made from scratch including all of their puree's, caramel sauces, & curds. Antler Baking Company supports fellow small business owners by using as many local products as possible. They are best known for their rotating seasonal boozy filled cookie sandwiches, along with their wedding cakes, and cookie sandwich cakes.

Each order contains 2 Cinnamon Rolls. 5.5 oz each. Each cinnamon roll is approximately 5.5-6" in diameter when fully baked.
