He hand-rolled his all-natural secret dough, rich in fresh farm butter, into jumbo-sized croissants, then flash-freezes them, unbaked.
You let them thaw and rise overnight; each croissant will almost triple in size by morning, when you simply bake for a hot, airy, fresh buttery delight. Perfect for brunch (served with smoked salmon, of course!) or a family breakfast treat.
