Serving Your Bestsellers Gift Set

Thaw the smoked seafood, lox, and halibut mousse under refrigeration for 8–10 hours or overnight. The smoked salmon, lox, and mousse are ready to serve once thawed. Enjoy the smoked scallops chilled, at room temperature, or lightly warmed in a sauté pan with olive oil until golden.

Serve everything on a platter with crackers, fresh vegetables, or your favorite accompaniments. Pair the lox and halibut mousse with freshly baked croissants for an easy brunch or a spread worth sharing.

Baking Your Croissants

Place four croissants about 4 inches apart on a non-greased baking sheet. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise overnight at room temperature. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 17–23 minutes, or until golden brown.
