One of our most-loved appetizers, our Candied Hot Smoked Sockeye Salmon is a SeaBear favorite. Also known as Sweet & Savory Salmon, each strip starts with 100% wild-caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon that's hand-cut, basted overnight in a rich brown sugar brine, and expertly smoked to create the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavor.

This candied smoked salmon is tender, flavorful, and ready to serve right out of the package. With 1.5lbs of candied salmon strips in every order, it's the perfect addition to charcuterie boards, holiday gatherings, parties, and everyday snacking.
