Celebrate 4th of July weekend with Fresh & Wild Sockeye from Coffee Point, Alaska.
Set along the shores of Bristol Bay near the Egegik River, Coffee Point is a unique stop in the sockeye salmon lifecycle. Each summer, small groups of local fishing families harvest these fish directly from the beach as they return to freshwater — an approach that’s as selective as it is sustainable.
Because of the remote location, each catch is flown out in small batches to our Smokehouse. From there, our team hand-cuts every fillet, packs it on gel ice, and ships it out fresh, never frozen.
