Beginning their journey in Washington State hatcheries, these fish are carefully raised before making their way to the nutrient-rich waters of the Columbia River near Nespelem, Washington.
Fed a diet designed to mimic what they would naturally eat in the wild, Columbia River Steelhead develop a rich flavor, vibrant color, and tender texture. The cold, flowing waters of the Pacific Northwest provide an ideal environment for these fish to grow and thrive.
Once harvested, the Steelhead is sent directly to our facility in Anacortes, where our team hand-trims and portions each fillet before packing it on gel ice and shipping it directly to your door fresh, never frozen. From the Columbia River to your table in just days, it doesn't get much fresher than this.
