Our final Fresh & Wild catch of the season — Sablefish from our partners at the Seafood Producers Cooperative, based in Sitka, Alaska. Known for their smooth, flaky texture and rich taste, these Sablefish are naturally high in omega-3 fatty acids and offer a delicious balance of flavor and nutrition.
Last year, SeaBear began partnering with the Seafood Producers Cooperative to bring incredibly fresh and limited seafood catches to our Fresh & Wild season. The cooperative was founded on pride of ownership to help fishermen secure fair prices and access processing and packaging services they couldn’t achieve alone. What started in 1944 as a cooperative to provide halibut liver oil to vitamin companies has become a full-fledged organization that provides premium-quality wild salmon, halibut, sablefish, and more to high-end food service and retail industries around the world. Once they arrive, we pack your fillets on gel and ship them directly to your doorstep fresh and never frozen.
Arrives at your door between Wednesday, October 7th and Friday, October 9th.
Orders of our fresh Sablefish come skin-on and may contain some bones.
Other items ordered with your Fresh Sablefish will not ship until this catch ships.
