For the first sablefish offering of our Fresh & Wild season, we partner with fishermen along the coast of Southeast Alaska to bring in exceptional fish from the cold northern Pacific. Often called black cod, sablefish is prized for its rich flavor, velvety texture, and high natural oil content that keeps the fillets tender and buttery when cooked.
Once landed, the fish is sent directly to our facility, where it’s carefully prepared and packed for delivery to your door fresh, never frozen.
Orders of our fresh sablefish come skin-on and may contain some bones.
Other items ordered with your fresh sablefish will not ship until the catch ships the week of April 20, 2026.
