While Alaska’s halibut season runs from March through November, our Fresh & Wild window is limited. We partner with small, niche fishing operations working Alaska’s icy waters to bring in Pacific halibut at peak quality. These crews travel between coastal ports and deep, remote fishing grounds to harvest halibut prized for their clean flavor and rich nutrients. Once it arrives in the Pacific Northwest, each fish is carefully hand-filleted and shipped fresh, never frozen, straight to your doorstep.
Orders of our fresh Halibut come skin-on and may contain some bones.
Other items ordered with your fresh Halibut will not ship until the catch ships the week of May 11, 2026.
